Privacy request
Use this form to exercise a right over your personal data, or to ask a question about how memmoo handles it. Requests reach the privacy team at privacy@memmoo.com.
Before you start
- Which rights apply depends on the law that covers you. The rights table in the Privacy Policy sets out access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
- Response timelines are those required by the applicable law. We acknowledge requests and tell you what we need to identify you and locate the data.
- If a memmoo customer controls the data, we route the request to them. Where a co-worker handled content inside a customer’s systems, that customer is normally the controller and memmoo acts as processor under the Data Processing Addendum. We will tell you when that is the case.
- Send only what is needed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, full card numbers or unrelated customer content.
