• Monitoring activity on your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorised access
• You remain responsible for actions performed using your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• memmoo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content.

• Proprietary models
• Branding
• Logos
• Documentation
• Website content
• remain the exclusive property of memmoo, Kloudpad Mobility Research Private Limited or its licensors.
• No intellectual property rights are transferred except as expressly stated.

10. Customer Ownership of Outputs

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights:

• Customers retain ownership of their submitted content.
• Customers may use generated outputs for lawful business purposes.
• memmoo retains ownership of the underlying platform and technology.

The Service may connect with:

• Microsoft 365
• Google Workspace
• CRM systems
• ERP systems
• Communication platforms
• Other third-party services
• memmoo is not responsible for third-party availability, functionality, security policies, or data handling practices.
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

• Fees are payable according to the selected subscription plan.

• Taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.

• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless memmoo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and partners from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of customer data
• Infringement of third-party rights

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where:

• Terms are breached.

• Security risks arise.
• Payment obligations remain outstanding.
• Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
