Data Processing Addendum

The Privacy Policy refers throughout to a Data Processing Addendum (DPA). This page explains what that document is for and how to obtain it. The DPA is executed as part of the customer contract.
1. What the DPA is
When AI co-workers act inside a customer's own systems, they handle content the customer controls: mailbox content, CRM records, invoices, documents and activity data. For that content, the customer acts as controller/business and memmoo acts as processor/service provider. The DPA governs that processing relationship.
2. Who it applies to
The DPA applies where memmoo processes personal data on a customer's behalf. The contracting entity is Kloudpad Mobility Research Private Limited for Microsoft Marketplace/CSP purchases, or Kloudpad Inc. for direct enterprise purchases.

4. How to get it
Write to legal@memmoo.com with your organization name and purchase path, and the applicable DPA will be issued for signature.
Kloudpad Mobility Research Private Limited (CIN U64202KL2013PTC034312) contracts Microsoft Marketplace and Microsoft CSP purchases and is the controller for website visitors, trials and prospects. Kloudpad Inc. (File 10007782) contracts direct purchases and distributor or reseller quotes. Governing law is India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
