Sub-processor Register
This document is published in English. English is the governing language for all legal purposes.
The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy both refer to a Sub-processor Register. This page explains what that register contains, which categories of provider support the memmoo service, and how to obtain the current version.
1. What the register is
A sub-processor is an organisation memmoo engages to process customer content or personal data on our behalf in order to provide the service. The register is the controlled list of those organisations, maintained under the Data Processing Addendum. For each entry it records the provider, the service it performs, the category of processing, the types of data involved, the processing locations, the transfer mechanism relied on where data leaves a jurisdiction, and the date the entry was added.
No sub-processor names are published on this page. The current register is issued as a controlled document so that it always reflects the live service configuration rather than a cached web page, and so that customers receive it together with the applicable notification and objection terms.
2. Categories of provider
The register covers providers in the following categories:
| Category | What the provider does for memmoo |
|---|---|
| Hosting and infrastructure | Cloud compute, storage, networking and content delivery that run the memmoo application and its co-worker runtime. |
| Model inference | The AI model providers that execute reasoning for a co-worker run. Customer content is not used to train shared foundation models. |
| Payments and billing | Card processing, invoicing and tax calculation for direct purchases in USD. |
| Communications | Transactional email and notification delivery for account, run and support messages. |
| Support and service management | Ticketing and support tooling used to answer and track requests. |
| Security and monitoring | Logging, error tracking, vulnerability management and abuse prevention. |
Microsoft appears in the Privacy Policy as a marketplace and billing agent for marketplace purchases — that relationship is described in the Privacy Policy rather than as a sub-processor entry.
3. How to get the current register
Write to privacy@memmoo.com with your account or organisation name. The current register, including processing locations and transfer mechanisms, is provided on request. Prospective customers can request it during evaluation; questions about the contractual terms that attach to it go to legal@memmoo.com.
4. Change notifications
Customers with a Data Processing Addendum in place receive notification of new or replacement sub-processors in accordance with that addendum, together with the objection process it sets out. If you have a DPA and are not receiving those notifications, write to privacy@memmoo.com so the notification contact can be corrected.
